Important Update: New Room Access Policy

1.Room Access: Rooms not in use will be locked. Access will be granted only during your scheduled booking times.

2.Caretaker Assistance: If you require access to equipment or rooms outside of your contracted booking hours, please be aware that a fee may be charged for calling a caretaker to assist you.

3.Booking Adjustments: We encourage you to review your booking schedules and make any necessary adjustments to ensure you have access to the spaces and equipment you need during your allotted times.

We understand that this is a change from our previous practice, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement this new policy. Our goal is to create a secure and well-maintained environment for all community members.
