Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Forest Hall

The Forest Hall is 18m x 12m and is a multi purpose space.

Standard room hire rate (2026) £25.40*
Community Discount available to Brockenhurst Residents

It can be used for sports (with a marked out badminton court and available net),  performances, conferences, cinema (it has a 6m x6m wall mounted electric projection screen), parties, trade shows, fairs… and many more uses.

Maximum capacity based on configuration of furniture as follows: 
  • 200 Theatre style
  • 150 Seated dinner events, 130 comfortably and allowing for table service.
  • 100 Cabaret style with room for a dance floor
  • 60 Boardroom style

With an attached servery for making/serving hot & cold refreshment, included in the hourly room hire charge.

There is a basic sound and lighting system that can be hired at an additional costs. 

The room is hired empty with 28 x six foot trestle tables and 200 chairs stored in a side room for your use. Stated capacities are determined from conducting fire risk assessments.

The Exhibition room is 12m x 10.5m, carpeted throughout.

Maximum capacity based on configuration of furniture. 
  • 90 in theatre style.
  • 50 in cabaret style, 40 comfortably.
  • 32 Boardroom style, 27 comfortably.

It is perfect for art exhibitions, business meetings or training events, health and fitness classes, talks, club and small intimate society meetings.

There is an exhibition lighting system and install picture hanging system, attached kitchenette, disabled access via a lift and WiFi. The room is hired empty with 11 x six foot trestle tables and 90 chairs stored for your use. Stated capacities are determined from conducting fire risk assessments. The kitchenet caters for a max of 50 people so please be aware of the need to provide additional glasses/cups etc., if hosting more than 50 guests at your event. This be arrange inhouse but will attract additional costs.
