All donations should now be taken to our Donation Station on Highwood Road, located at the rear of Brockenhurst Community Hub.

We can accept donations Monday to Saturday, 10am–3pm.

We understand this is a change, but moving all donations to Highwood Road helps us manage space more efficiently and supports our volunteers in sorting items safely and smoothly.

Donation Station closed but the Hub is open? 
If the Hub is open, please leave your donations in the designated “Donations” area in the lobby.
Please do not leave donations outside.

Please check our list with details on the items we can and cannot accept.  

We are unable to take the following donations: Electrical, Furniture, Picture Frames , Bedding of any sort unless in original packaging or with tags, used towels of any sort. 

All donations should be in good condition. Clothes without damage, excessive signs of wear or stains (we don’t have facilities to wash). If you have any items of clothing, accessories or soft toys falling into this category we operate a textile recycling scheme that also generates funds for us.

We have lots of preloved, good quality clothes, shoes, toys, children’s and adult fiction books, and a variety of bric-a-brac items.
Our charity shop and eBay shop continue to raise funds to support the upkeep of the Highwood Road facilities providing educational, recreational, social and other community facilities for the benefit and social welfare of the people of Brockenhurst. 
 

The Trust is self funding and receives no regular income from Council Tax or Parish precept. Our biggest responsibility is for all the buildings and facilities on the Highwood Road site.
