Help Shape Our Community Garden
Description
We are excited to be exploring plans for a new Community Garden at Brockenhurst Community Hub and would like to invite local residents, community groups and potential volunteers to an informal session to learn more about the project and how they might get involved.
For those who would like an opportunity for some informal conversation before the session begins, we will be there from 10:00am, with refreshments available. Please feel free to arrive early, meet other interested residents and groups, and have a chat about the project before we start.

The Community Garden aims to create a welcoming space where people can come together to grow food, support wildlife, learn new skills, improve wellbeing, and build community connections. We are currently developing plans for Phase 1 of the project and are keen to hear ideas from local residents, community groups and potential volunteers.
The session will provide an opportunity to:
- Learn more about the proposed garden plans
- View the initial concept designs
- Share your ideas and suggestions
- Find out about volunteering opportunities
- Discuss how local groups, organisations and residents can get involved
- Help shape the future direction of the project
Location: Exhibition Room, Brockenhurst Community Hub, Highwood Road
Whether you are an experienced gardener, interested in supporting wildlife, enjoy meeting new people, or simply want to find out more, we would be delighted to see you there.
If you are hoping to come along, please reserve a place so we can manage numbers and ensure we have enough seating and refreshments available.
If you are unable to attend but would like to share your initial thoughts, ideas or suggestions, please email in to us here at the Hub.
