The aims are to identify risks of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and stroke to enable early intervention and improved health. We are keen to make this testing accessible and convenient.

A 20 to 30 minute health assessment to check if you are at risk of potentially avoidable conditions, like heart disease and diabetes

If you're aged between 40 and 74 and haven't already been diagnosed with heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, stroke or high blood pressure, you may be eligible for a health check
