On this page you will find everything you need to know about this year’s Brockenhurst Christmas Market along with links to make payment. Please note, we use PayPal to take payments but you do not need a PayPal account, just use the Pay with Debit/Credit card link found below the Login button on the PayPal page. The payment system will send you an email receipt once payment has been authorised.

To ensure we offer a wide range of stalls, we have created categories this year, and each category is limited to 5 stalls. Please select the category closest to your products. If you are unsure please email us at winter_fair@brockenhurstvillage.org.uk

Once payment is received, we will email from the above email address and ask for more details about your stall. This will include asking for proof of insurance if you are a commercial business. Please note: when applying for a stall you are giving permission for us to use your product details (available in the public domain) to be used for advertising the Christmas Market.

Dear Stallholder

Thank you for booking a stall at this year’s Brockenhurst Christmas Market Sunday 10th December.

Doors will be open for setting-up from 8.30am (please do not enter before 8.30am). You will have a 1.8m trestle table provided (unless you have asked to bring your own) and two chairs.

Please be on-site, unloaded and setting up no later than 9.30am

Free tea & coffee will be available in the upstairs kitchen throughout the day, please do help yourselves. Please bring your own lidded cup. We will make sure you know where this is! If you are tending your stall by yourself, we will check on you throughout the day to ensure you can get refreshments and take any necessary comfort breaks.
