Soul Awakening New Forest
Kundalini Yoga – Mondays 10.00 am – 11.15 am Kundalini Yoga uses breath correlated with dynamic movement to open up the body’s natural resources of inner vitality. The yoga is great for any age and ability as all positions can be adapted to suit everyone’s individual flexibility and physical strength. Postures are followed with the practice of a root lock, which involves contracting the muscles of pelvic floor, anus and of navel.
