We teach clients how to become aware of their bodies and how to improve their posture, flexibility, balance and core strength. We incorporate specific adaptations and progressions to help our clients achieve their individual goals.

Blaze is a fun dance class for ladies who wish to stay fit and flexible and enjoy great music to exercise to. With a mix of various dance styles, including Jazz/Ballet/Showtime/Modern, Blaze can be described as a dance and exercise class with elegance!

The New Forest Model Railway Society…

Meets here in the Village Hall on Tuesday evenings from 7.00pm to 10.00pm most weeks [except for
some weeks over the Christmas period].
We are building layouts in N, OO and O gauge and have groups from steam through to modern image.
Construction or alterations are in progress in all scales at the present time.

If you are interested in Railway Modelling why not come along one evening.
