Group Mat Classes are recommended for those with no serious injury and who like to be in a regular weekly class setting. Class sizes are small to ensure individual attention, proper alignment, and technique. Toning, flexibility, better posture and increased body awareness are some of the many benefits of mat classes. In these classes traditional exercises get a boost with contemporary small equipment including balls, rings, bands, and foam rollers for a fun full-body workout. Classes run in 5 or 6-week blocks and are pre-paid/pre-booked. All mats and equipment will be provided.
