Pregnancy sessions are based on Kundalini yoga, so very gentle but powerful enough to keep you in good balance of body and mind.

All postures are suitable for the active birthing process.

No hand stands or inverted postures.

Loads of breath and mantra chanting.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.  No need for lycra.   It is handy to have a blanket and a bottle of water ready for the practice and some cusions or blocks to make sitting on the floor more comfortable.  You are welcome to use chairs available at the hall.
