1st Annual New Forest Mindfulness Summer School “Opening the Heart”

Please join us for these chilled-out and spiritually-enhancing events. A unique opportunity to join us on four Sundays to practice and establish mindfulness in our daily lives.

Mindfulness is an ancient tradition which is becoming increasingly popular as it has been demonstrated to be highly effective in reducing stress and improving physical and mental well being.
