The Cinema is in the Forest Hall. The doors open at 6.45pm and the evening programme begins at 7.30. After a short film or two and a trailer for the next film, there is an interval when you can chat with friends while enjoying a glass of wine, ice creams, coffee, tea, cake etc. before settling down to watch the main film.

Sadly, Covid is still with us, so face masks are mandatory when moving around the facility and when seated in the screening room unless you are eating or drinking.

The Personal History of David Copperfield – a modern take on Charles Dickens’s classic tale of a young orphan triumphing over many obstacles. Puts a fresh, funny, and utterly charming spin on Dickens’s classic, proving some stories truly are timeless.
