Friendly social fitness activities. New members are welcome to come and try before joining.
We have an hour of exercise to music with our qualified instructor then a tea break and up to 2 hours of table tennis and short tennis – not too competitive.
Events in the summer to keep us in touch include: An excursion, a ramble, a Barbeque and a Picnic.
