………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

Brockenhurst Flower Club is in its 32nd year and we meet on the 3rd Monday of the month (unless otherwise stated) at 2pm in Forest Hall.

Each month a different demonstrator will create beautiful flower arrangements on a theme; you will have a chance of winning one in the raffle at the end of the meeting.  Twice a year the meetings are workshops for members to learn new flower skills in an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere.

You don’t need to have any previous flower arranging skill or experience to attend either the demonstrations or workshops.  You might even be inspired to have a go in our monthly club competition – but no pressure – you are just invited to join an afternoon of fantastic flowers, fun and friendship.

Tea / Coffee and biscuits are served after the regular meetings and the workshops include lunch.  Free parking is available at the hall.

Dates for forthcoming meetings: 15/11/21 – 6/12/21 – 17/1/22 – 21/2/22 – 21/3/22 – 25/4/22 – 16/5/22 – 20/6/22 – 18/7/22 – 19/9/22 – 17/10/22 – 21/11/22 – 7/12/22

Contact Ann Colmer – ginaminx.ac@gmail.com / 07557 738765 for more details of our meetings and membership, guests always welcome.

Monday Yoga with Alla

Kundalini Yoga – Mondays 10am – 11am with local instructor, Alla Amanjot Yeates.

Kundalini Yoga uses breath correlated with dynamic movement to open up the body’s natural resources of inner vitality.

The yoga is great for any age and ability as all positions can be adapted to suit everyone’s individual flexibility and physical strength.

Postures are followed with the practice of a root lock, which involves contracting the muscles of pelvic floor, anus and of navel. This on its own is extremely helpful, not only as preventative measure for incontinence and prostate issues, but also as a tool to strengthening and promoting both women’s and men’s health at any stage of their lives.

Alla is an very experienced, engaging instructor.

Contact Alla to find out more about the class. Tel: 07944333418

Classes are for an hour and cost £9 per session or £7 per session when booked in a block of six. Contact the hall office on 01590 622580 or email us: trust@brockenhurstvillage.org.uk to book a free taster session. Payment can be paid by card or cash.
