Yoga for the Over 50's with Lara

Yoga for the over 50’s

My style of teaching is quite informal because we’re all built differently. You have to work with what you’ve got – not against it!

So no matter what your abilities or needs, I can help you benefit from yoga. We can’t all get our legs round our ears!

I’m a Sivananda trained yoga teacher and I offer an eclectic mix of yoga styles based on Sivananda, Yin and Hatha yoga. Working with people of all abilities and needs, I use postures, breathing, relaxation techniques and laughter to help release  blockages, relieve tension and promote a general sense of wellbeing.

Wutan - New Forest Dragons - Martial Arts

Dragons

Martial Arts for ages 7-12yrs

Dragons Junior Martial Art Club aims to give the student valuable “learning skills that will last a lifetime”. The classes are carefully designed to keep young Dragons excited and motivated, and parents satisfied that their children are getting value-for-money tuition from experienced Instructors.

There is a carefully planned syllabus that gives children new and exciting topics at each level. For example, by the time children become a Blue Dragon (signified by their Blue Sash) they will have learned not only basic punching and kicking skills but a variety of takedown techniques. Depending on their age they will have learnt simple self-defence methods using locking and throwing techniques, along with stick and sword work all in a completely safe and risk-free atmosphere.

Visit our Dragons Website for more details.

WUTAN - Kung Fu

Kung Fu

Chinese Martial Arts Club since 1996

Download our brochure from our website for more information regarding our Brockenhurst club.

We have a small, friendly and helpful class where the senior students and instructors have a wealth of experience.

We teach Wing Chun as our primary subject, but students can soon progress to other styles such as Seven-Star Praying Mantis or even Bajiquan, and a wide variety of traditional weapon techniques.
