8 week gentle yoga class
An 8 week course that will introduce you to the world of yoga through gentle mindful movement. With strong emphasis on breath work, this course is designed to be accessible for all and is a great way to open up the body and calm the mind. Those in recovery or looking for relief from stress/burnout/anxiety will benefit from this course.
Booking is required.
Time: Thursdays 11.30-12.30
