Zumba Gold with Gill

Zumba gold is a wonderful fun way to get a bit of exercise.

The class is influenced by dance from around the world.

The music is eclectic and upbeat. The pace is energetic. The moves are low impact on the body.

This class is especially good for people who are new to exercise & are looking for a class with achievable goals for getting fit.

And, most of all it will make you smile.

New Forest Cycling Club - Winter Indoor Training

New Forest Cycling Club Winter Sessions

The club meets at the Village Hall during the winter months (Nov-March) for indoor training.

The club was established in 1934 so we are well on our way to our 85th year. Being based in the heart of the beautiful New Forest National Park we are able to enjoy our riding on scenic and mostly traffic-free roads.

We have Group Rides on Saturdays throughout the year and we stage Time-trial events for club members and visitors every Tuesday evening from mid-April through to the end of August. Our courses may not be the fastest around, but they are much more enjoyable than racing along main roads … you just have to be prepared to dodge the occasional New Forest Pony!
